CIBSE’s Melissa Drayton has been named Most Influential Marketing & Communications Director (UK) in the Influential Businesswoman Awards 2026.
She was recognised for her significant contribution to marketing and communications leadership, as well as her role in driving transformational change.
Drayton, who recently led the development and launch of CIBSE’s refreshed brand identity, was honoured for strengthening CIBSE’s communications and marketing activities, supporting member engagement, and helping to communicate the vital role of building engineering in creating safe, healthy and sustainable built environments.
