This course is for supervisors and team leaders who support apprentices. It’s designed to provide them with the tools, language and confidence to coach, mentor and guide apprentices in workplace settings.
The course will explore how to have better conversations, spot learning moments and support apprentices with the evidence they need for their portfolio.
The course also introduces helpful frameworks such as Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle and Varcs (what makes good evidence).
It’s about helping to create confident, capable apprentices and supervisors who know they’re doing a good job and can see the difference they make.
