Kevin Barrett, an outstanding volunteer for the Home Counties North West Region for seven years, has been presented with the Region’s Medal and his CIBSE Certificate of Commendation.
An elected committee member, Barrett contributed to events on disaster recovery and the HCNW panel discussion on improving building performance, reported in the April 2017 Journal and in Stuart Huggins’ dissertation posted on the CIBSE website.
