CIBSE has been selected as the UK National League Operator for the World Championship for Energy Savings (WCES), supported by DESNZ.
The event sees commercial buildings competing to reduce their energy consumption over 12 months.
The selection recognises CIBSE’s track record of rewarding evidence-based building performance.
Based on its database of past entries to the CIBSE Building Performance Awards (BPAs), CIBSE provided suggestions for this year’s WCES.
Entries for the competition have the opportunity to be exhibited at COP31 in November.
