Congratulations to CIBSE Distinguished Steward Ir Alfred Wing Hang Sit on his appointment in May as Secretary for Innovation and Technology of the the HKSAR government’s Innovation and Technology Bureau.
In his former post as director of electrical and mechanical services, he stressed the importance of innovation in our profession. Ir Eric Yiu Hung Pang will succeed him as CIBSE Distinguished Steward.
