CIBSE is looking to launch Building Performance Awards for the Hong Kong Region to celebrate the outstanding achievements of engineers, projects and companies in the region.
The Awards, which are currently in the scoping stage, would follow the success of the CIBSE Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Awards launched in 2025.
The MENA Awards provided a platform to recognise excellence in building services engineering, highlighting innovative projects and professionals who are setting new standards in sustainability, safety and performance for those working in MENA.
CIBSE’s ambition is to create a global network of related awards that support and promote building performance. Given the importance of the Hong Kong Region, the award team are currently scoping the best way to do this in Asia through meetings with potential venues, sponsors and entrants.
