The Hong Kong Region Annual General Meeting will take place on 3 March at the Orchid Room, Level 2, The Royal Garden, 69 Mody Road, TST, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
In accordance with the Rules for Hong Kong Region, the Vice Chair will be elected from the Region Committee. Four Committee Members of the Region will retire.
All vacancies for Committee Members are opened for election in the AGM.
